Its unfortunate because I CANNOT back this up
with a link.

But I *know* I read in the last 7 to 10 days
that the CONDO-STORM has not hit yet.

That puppy is still in front of us.

Oh - it was a Wall Str Journal article - THIS WEEK.

This gist of it was that buyers from 2 years ago
are doing everything in their power to get out
from under their contracts - because of the drop
in market value vs the price they signed up for.

Their primary excuse is:Can't get a mortgage.
