Thank you for the re-posts, I don't have access to AOL and appreciate the effort.

Do you know when winter gets harsh in Kaz? I hear it gets very cold, the snow is deep and the ground freezes to as hard as a rock, too hard to drill. Drilling must be done before the ground freezes. Anyone know the time frame before this happens?
(if this is not the case, please correct me)
