Regarding sub 10$;I know that style well and when I get more time looking at things I typically do screens on msn money to generate a list of 50m to 800m market cap companies and refine by DD and charting.

For this purpose I am looking for a spot with profitable growth and some upward momentum. And less perceived risk, since the funds were in a CD for 6 months you can already tell it is fairly conservative capital.

As Hardware costs for GPS devices come down; I like the concept of more cars pre-installing and those that don't upgrade cars being able to buy these for 80-120$ rather than the 400$ overly-featured garmin and tomtom devices.
