Which was the point I made. I'm talking about the working poor. You seem to think that the homeless are a huge demographic. The uninsured working poor are significant, and they have a lot to lose when they have to go to an emergency room. And they are the folks that have assets or wages that will be put in jeopardy in any type of emergency... at a huge premium to the "wholesale price" of treatment.
