I imagine there's quite a story behind how she got into that fix. Regardless, I wish her the best. It's not unique; happens all the time. Few have guardian angels. To be charging uninsured people 2X-5X-10X the "insurance rate" for medical treatment is unconsciousable. Most of these people are hard workers that just caught a bad break. I would think that you would be outraged.
