Peace and prosperity is a state that MOST people want. Given the right conditions it will happen, just as it did in Ireland. It happened in Ireland because England and Ireland got tired of The Troubles and wanted them to stop. When Egypt and Syria and Saudi Arabia get tired of The Great Cause/Excuse/Scapegoat of Palestine then there will be peace in the Middle East too. But the Arab states love the conflict. It's waaaay too useful to give up. If they couldn't direct their masses to hate the Jews, they might have to explain why the economy doesn't work and there are no jobs.
