Hi Tomato, It looks like while you were focusing on the 2.2 million options at $1.60, management just snuck in another 4.5 million! These options can be set at market - ten day average. Now I guess you know why you never received your proxy. The 4.5 million would have been mentioned. This is now a 20% dilution. Hey folks welcome to the VSE! Gumby_72
