I never questioned that. I questioned whether the poor were doing so, which is what you had claimed.

I'm glad to see that you have at last more aptly reframed the issue. I'm pleased to have been successful in eliciting that clarity.

That's like using a nuke on a mosquito. I offered a targeted solution.

If there are enough mosquitoes, perhaps a nuke would be called for. So far you have logged only one mosquito.

"Retail" customers and consumers, as well, do currently subsidize "wholesale" customers. To what extent is unknown. Your nuke would eliminate the burden on both, although there don't seem to be a lot of complaints on behalf of the consumers. Your nuke would also have numerous other impacts. Paradigm shifts inevitably have numerous impacts, many of them unpredictable. For one mosquito, a fly swatter is preferable.
