The fact I gave you was that VIAS has a P/E of 80, which will soon be more like 90+ given the recent dilution. But that alone does not tell the story. They are likely making earnings look good for now, while they are selling stock. It really won't matter to them later on if earnings look exactly as bad as they are.

You 'scrutinized' an earnings report on this thread? Well I'll be darned. Please post the link so I can be educated.

So...on some level, I believe that yes, VIAS is a scam, based on a hoax. Wall Street is full of them.
