Universal Health Care is a slogan. What is it? It can mean dozens of things. But lots of Americans want it. Not because they know what it means but because they think they will get something for nothing. There is one thing it almost undoubtedly means. As with everything the government gets involved in, the costs will skyrocket and the quality will plunge.
