That gives me a thought. Colorado has some wonderful corn from the Western Slope in and around the town of Olathe. It's still available and I might just buy a dozen ears and seal them up in pairs with my food saver and freeze them. Boy, would fresh corn taste good along about December through February! Can anyone tell me why this won't work?
