I got the TRIM bill on my house in Pinellas. Starts off with a Q/A about why the assessment didn't go down. Something about the value is on Jan 1, 2007. Pretty much a load of crap since the market peaked at least 15 months before that. I'm going to have to fight it. I suspect a lot of people will.
