So I do think in some cases what you are seeing is just general abhorence... I'm sure in some cases that's all it is...not unlike their hating "the terrorists" so much that they can see no differences between factions or for that matter, nationalities...they're all just scary and trying to kill us. But as Dale and Sam pointed out, there is also a talking point quality to much of the gay rhetoric. It is no accident that they frequently conjoin two real taboos, pedophilia and bestiality, with adult consensual homosexual desire in an effort to associate it with those universally reviled behaviors. (Think of how many times they said "Saddam" and "911" in the same sentence, without actually conflating the two...the association is what matters). And its always the slippery slope argument: kiss one guy on the lips and the next thing you know, you're shacking up with a box turtle. Like so much of these people's propaganda, it would be comical if it weren't so dangerous.
