okee, go to Mark's link and read the 10SQB It looks like GRNO doesn't expect economic sanctions from the
SEC, but it also appears that BC might be history. There is a section about the SEC investigation. I think this
thread is about to heat up.

John, let's not take the bleakest interpretation of BC's future for granted.
If we read the text closely, on page 17 it says:

"Possible sanctions that the Commission may seek against Mr. Carraway would include barring him permanently from serving as an officer or director of a public company".

I focus on the word 'possible".

If the SEC has evidence that would legally support this as the
only possible outcome, then they have a clear obligation to share that information with shareholders.

If not, then I believe that the shareholders should be active in supporting the most lenient penalty for Mr carraway. This is a company with a concept important to the best interests of the country. Mr. Carraway has endured hell trying to develop it, and we small-company shareholders are not going to have our leader skewered in the worst
way while true securities crooks doing much greater harm to the innocent go uninvestigated.

I urge the SEC to permit Mr. Carraway to continue as CEO of GRNO, unless they are prepared to justify the evidence for his so-called 'unfitness".

Sincerely,

Jack Kanak
