The URL is pcpi-itc.com. It's still under construction and you won't find much.

I have personally spoken with senior executives at some of PCPI's customers. Although this stock is a long-term play (12-36 months), I still think there is a good chance we'll see a nice run-up - to maybe $4-$5 - before the end of this year. Some large contracts are pending.

The recent decline in price has created a good buying opportunity.
