Interesting snippet from WSJ on Hispanics - a push for more political power for Latinos can't be far behind:

It would be interesting to see some of this data broken down at the state level. Are there more states in which Hispanic votes are tipping votes? Are is the growth in states which are already heavily Hispanic.

They can, of course, have an impact on state level races in the latter, including races for the US congress. But I'm curious about the impact on the presidential races. Those darn electoral college votes
