Off the top of my head I'd guess that AZ, NM and Nevada are the first pivotal states where you will start to see the Hispanic vote make a big difference. Maybe Texas too if it is actually in play in 2008.

One thing for sure, as Hispanics climb the economic ladder and keep growing their numbers, the folks who are trying to roll back multiculturalism will find themselves playing hopscotch on the freeway and getting run over by events around them.
