John,
It's not only the method of choice in Canada. Myslef and alot of my colleagues in NY use it routinely. As BINX gets the message out alot of orthopods are beginning to use it. Once someone tries it they rarely go back to the older methods of meniscal repair. Do not discount their other products though. They are ramping up in use just as fast.
