Mine rails to the topside where yours is too, in spite of the diet and other disciplines. I believe for myself, the problem is coming from having to process so much anger at the shape our country and the rest of the world is in. It is a horrible situation. To not stay informed is not the answer either. This is just one way people absorb and dissipate the world Karma, imo.
