I'm not on it anymore. So, I walk a risky path. I went to an organic diet, many less wheat products in the diet, more meditation, and mild exercise. It is slowly coming down, but I have to keep emotional outbursts to a minimum, which is tough to do sometimes. Even if the heat (anger) isn't given outlet to spoken word, it still inhabits the body, and up goes the BP.

It certainly is a dynamic process, how the mind and the health dance.
