Yes it could be a good buy.

But you should take into consideration that this is a similar situation like we have with IACP. And that is high risk on a possible high return.

The problem here as with IACP is that you cannot predict if they will have success in the future. They are rather small compared to their competitors. They are vulnerable as to their finances. Just one order delay and the whole quarter results have been a desaster again.

Your advantage here is that you can get the stock quite cheap. Still there is some downside potential, but if you accumulate the stock in not too big portions you should be alright on the medium to long term.

Also here (similar to IACP) we had a secondary offering in the 1st quarter of 1997 at $2,25. So there are people are in the stock at a massive loss at the moment. That is not a garantuee the price will ever increase, but nevertheless there are quite some investors waiting for comeback.

I personally would wait a little bit to see if it has really bottomed out. Also earnings estimate looks pretty negative for this year.

Just my opinion and not any recommendation. Do your own research and than decide.
