James,

Re.Out of curiousity, how much did the hotel business centers you mentioned actually charge for internet time?

In 5 five star hotels, the average going rate is $15 per hour. Some places would let you break down to 15 minutes segments and charge accordingly, others would use 30 minutes as the basic unit.

I heard there is a cyber restaurant chain called VTouch where all the tables are equipped with a computer. You pay for a expensive meal, but the use of computer and online time is free. I didn't have time to check it out.

Regards,
Ibexx
