Yes, it is. The buy signal was on August, 16, the market
rallied and never looked back. I don't see any difference.
The market rallied when Katrina hit, GM had troubles, London
bombings were bullish, and so are credit troubles -g-
Only high rates are not bullish, but we are now far from
that, in the land of "wash, rinse, repeat" -g- Stocks are
too damn important to this administration, and are celebrating
the cuts. Even if the Fed does not cut, there are reasons
to celebrate until September, 18. Cuts matter, nothing else
does. Bailouts forever. -g-
