More and Bell Resources Merger

Growth Stock Weekly editor Richard Reinhard just came out with some comments on this proposed transaction.
Here is an excerpt:
"With today's news Bell combines its own stellar team and portfolio of world class properties with that of Rogue River and Grandcru. The objective is near-immediate production, cash flow, and an excellent financing structure with institutional backing. The portfolio of properties is exemplary, and between La Balsa, Copper Creek/Sombrero and Granduc could see production ramp up from 15 million lbs/cu/yr, over the next year, to 190+ million lbs/cu/yr by year five. Of course lots of work needs to be done first, and Kabba and other properties, both now held and resulting from the Bronco Alliance, could add significantly to this equation. The market will need a few days to digest this, and smaller shareholders will no doubt focus on how many shares they will end up with at the end of the day and likely liquidate and move on. The larger shareholders recognize this for what it is - a necessary big step in the direction of creating an intermediate and highly profitable producer and potential takeover target."
