This is what my butcher told me to do.

Tear off some heavy duty aluminum foil and wrap the thawed legs in it. Sprinkle a little water over the legs before you wrap them up.

Bake in a 400 degree oven until they are heated through (they are always pre-cooked) usually 15-20 minutes. That method has always worked for me, and I like it because it doesn't involve any pots or pans.

I like to have it with melted butter.
