The documents Chandler has filed with the SEC say he is a 'passive investor' with no relationships to others who have an interest in the shares.

This fits with Chandler's Buffet-like value LTBH philosophy detailed in the Institutional Investor article I linked, which, incidentally, is a terrific resource for insight into the Chandler way.

All of which are reasons I'm adding a little despite the fact that my average price per share is going up.
