If the Chandler group tries to take the company private after signing off on the SEC forms which require them, within limits, to state their intentions, they will be sued to a fare-thee-well. Except when investing in crooked Russia, an experience which did not go too well, their style seems to be to invest as passive investors. It is obviously a reason why I added today. You can believe them or not, but their style seems quite honest and above board. I think the big payoff will come in late 2008 and in 2009. In the meantime, the shares are seriously on sale. Patience and the ability to weather the occasional storm are the hallmarks of good value investors.
