Bruce, on first reading, I didn't go far enough in the footnotes to see this. Looks like somebody we all know hasn't been too honest with us and there are some cyber-chatter charges in here. If this (a scanner & time payments for a LP) is all there is to it, I, for one, forgive him. Still, this doesn't seem sufficiently serious to justify an extreme action like the possibility of the SEC kicking BC & wife out of the company. Something's either overstated or missing here (or I just don't get it). Ron
