And it was Citi that just took over ACC Capital from Ameriquest, which was a big chunk of their sub-prime origination feeder system -- some cynics out there believe that, as ACC's primary warehouse lender and derivative writer, Citi was going to have a lot of bad paper put back to them in the end anyway, so why not get out in front of the problem and bring it in-house where the situation could be better controlled (hidden)
