need i remind you the judge didn't allow testimony on terrorism? were the 9/10 and 9/11 site logs even mentioned in the trial transcript? you really should go back to reread the conversation and you will see it was tony who brought up the airplane subject matter on 9/10, not just once but twice in a single minute:

Another trader in Florida who is now working alongside the government in trying to bring the larger naked short selling cartels to justice had a similar experience. The man will have to remain anonymous here, but this is his story. He brought down Elgindy by having his secretaries copy every page on Elgindy's private site for years.
