Well, I guess all that foreign selling during all of August finally hit home and may even have accelerated, but be are still over 80. I can't imagine the dollar to be able to stay over 80 if the Fed cuts this month, and even if they don't, but, of course, nothing ever makes sense in this overleveraged marketplace.
