A sophisticated and well rounded guy like you should have a full service broker, or better yet, be running a brokerage firm. Etrade does have email that you can voice your complaints, and as a shareholder as of July, I dont want people like you wasting management's time.......Nor do I want my capital at risk so you can write naked options and not decide to pay for them.

Just one shareholder's perspective.......
