Isn't an S-8 for employees only? Which would make even less sense. But the company is definitely very cheap right now, and offers a lot to a buyer: nice installed base of monitors, nice lock on the scanner driver market with their Pixel Translations aquisition a while back, and a potentially hot new software product in InputAccel just ramping up. Yes, FileNet is down. And they used to be a major source of business to Cornerstone until the two had a falling out. One major reason for CRNR's lower monitor margins. Hang in there - it may take a while, but they will come around.
