Ron, I agree, I too can forgive him, but I think we need to think of how the SEC saw this action. Given money by the company to buy a scanner to upload pictures on the internet to tout the company. Given a discount to purchase an LP, again for promoting the company on the internet. It is obvious the SEC did not view this as legal, ethical, right, (you pick the word). I view this as one of those straws the SEC is grasping for to justify their actions.

However, I am not sure what violations the SEC is accusing GRNO when they speak with bureaucratic tongues. For example, From the 10 SQB:
On September 9, 1997, the Company was informed by the staff of the
Commission that, as a result of their formal investigation, the staf intended to recommend that the Commission bring civil charges against the Company and certain others for alleged violations of Sections 5(a) and (c) and 17(a) and (b) of the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Act") and Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5 thereunder.

What do these sections say???
