I used to have one sweet deal with sweet corn. A friend used to live next to a Monsanto seed growing farm and Monsanto would plant a 20 acre plot of sweet corn for the employees. Staggered the planting so it wouldn't all be ripe at once. That patch was next to his 6 acres and Monsanto let him pick all the corn he wanted in exchange for letting the employees drive across the field.
