Ahmadinejad may be shrewd, but who can understand him? He is constantly pushing the envelope with his rhetoric. He is either very shrewd or very stupid. You can poke a stick at a dog only so often before it bites back. He calculates the dog has no teeth I guess. And of course, he claims to have analyzed the situation, being a "master in calculation". But how do you calculate human emotions? Not everything is done because it makes "sense". The present Iraq war is a good example of that. And history is replete with examples of conflicts started for a whole variety of reasons, from revenge and hate to love. Most of the time its insanity. How do you calculate that?
