If drugs are made legal, who is going to pay for the robberies, damages, rape and murder committed by the folks who used the drugs? Are the cities? Are the States? Or are the Feds? Will the top 50% of the taxpayers who pay 90% of the taxes already, have to continue paying MORE taxes for the folks who use drugs, newly legalized, but don't have money to pay for the damage they have caused??
