It's not out of the "Under $5" range by much.

One wonders whether the Sun folks will cut the number of incentive shares/options they grant themselves by the same number, or use this as an opportunity to further inflate their compensation.

On a brighter note, there may be some mutual funds that are restricted to only buy shares over, e.g., $10. Also, it is a bother to see the penny stock warning Schwab puts on these things every time one trades them.
