I think they have until the end of the year to get the price back over $1 but being delisted is the least of their worries now. If something positive doesn't happen by the end of the year, you can kiss PRLN goodbye. The only people that will have made money at that point are the criminals that put PRLN into this state in this first place and the lawyers these idiots are paying their last dollars too in order to sue everybody.
