Lisinopril was the first bp medicine I had to get off of within two days. My bp went up and all of my joints swelled up signifying, I'm guessing, kidney shutdown. It scared the hell out of me. The second bp med I had to get off of was Diovan HCT. I took it for a week more or less ok, then all of my joints started aching like hell. I got off of it after two weeks and it took me two months for normal unpainful joint movement to return. Not happy with how things are going here.
