Not knowing anything about the movie but knowing a little bit about Michael Moore, can I assume the government is heavily involved?

If people used their medical insurance like car insurance it wouldn't cost so much to be sick. You don't use your car insurance when you get new tires or a tune up, why use medical insurance for routine office visits or simple procedures?
