What point are they trying to make by creating mayhem? Or do they have no point and are just lawless thugs looking for a place to raise hell. I think MSP is in trouble if NYC needed those kinds of numbers to keep things under control. And their first test run shows that they have some things to learn before convention time. Why do I see some surrounded cops doing some shooting next year.
