Hello Pezz, Tonight's Report:

(i) checked out some geewhizbangohwhoawee primary and high school for the Coconut, now still just 35 months old, but well aware. The school aims for true bi-lingual education (no grammar in either language to start, just fun reading; math and all subjects taught in two languages, with readings and discussions same same), has teachers from all over the world, and is rebellious in its philosophy;

(ii) Purchase a tranche of Golden Star finance.yahoo.com at 3.39/shr

(iii) Purchased a tranche of Yamana finance.yahoo.com at 12.09/shr

... so as to invest and prepare for Coconut's tuition somewhere some day.

Besides, gold is the safe sure bet, even if one gets the timing wrong.

BTW, heard some stories about mainland schools, and feel there will be a storm of competition few are prepared or even preparing for. I am more alarmed about the not-so-clear-as-yet competition storm than the rather obvious financial crisis.

Both has some time to develop and mature still. Early days.

Recommendation: accumulate gold, gold mines, gold derivatives, or just plain and pure gold.

Chugs, J
