I don't freeze veggies, either. This frozen corn on the cob idea is new to me. Interestingly, the plastic bag they have available for our Olathe corn has instructions for freezing it. They say to blanch it for a minute then freeze it with the husks still on. I like my idea of using the Food Saver as it will definitely preserve freshness and there is no danger of freezer burn. I'm gonna wait about a week then try one of the frozen ears as a test.
