You should never have to moderate a board at all. I had a board for 5 years, and I never had to discipline one poster in 3800 posts. As far as I am concerned with the possible exception of RE, everyone is on topic if they can hold forth in an intelligent, sensitive and entertaining manner. Like Britney Spears talking about world peace. You get the idea.

I don't know why RE gets all the attention. He chooses his words so carefully not to offend. He is far from opinionated. He doesn't have an extreme political bone in his body. I really can't understand it.

Maybe it is the colour of his hair. I haven't seen him in person, but I will bet it is flaming red. And I will also bet heavily that he has made small dolls of George Bush and Dick Cheney with dirty needles stuck in unmentionable places.

In other words he is willing to listen to the conservatives to a point. A very sharp one, stuck in the conservative's eye.

I tolerate everyone's religion, race and their political point of view. In fact I pity them to the extent that I pray for their souls each and every night. I realize that they haven't a snowball's chance in hell of every getting any just reward except eternal torture. So letting them talk on earth is the least I can do.
