Maybe everything will just be 'hunky-dory'.....We'll know in the next two or three generations (about 50-75 years) if the experiment worked. That's an unnecessary facetious answer KLP. Many of us have been through the abuse wringer with a member of their family. Those that have, know that something is horribly wrong and regardless of how much money you throw at the problem, it's not going away. Legalization of drugs, whether wholesale, or incremental WILL happen some day. Not a matter of if, but when. The war against drugs is a means of pacification.
