Vernie the weekly charts should be helpful... I manage 4 IRA accounts... so track the weekly charts also... I usually watch panic zones and have a portfolio set up with weekly swing views...with panic zones, smart money and weekly support and resistance levels... I track all the major ETF's including oversea's Ishares. I am not a forever holder, but do swing from sector to sector, about 4 or 5 swings per year depending on market condition. Or in and out of a money market account to a long stock fund. If there is anything I can help with let me know. I may not post much unless you or someone asks for an opinion or comment.
