Jaker, thanks for the reply, yes the weekly charts are key to long term investing and even monthly,

I am doing the same things as short term trading but its just in slow motion, instead of gettin 120 candlestick a month on a 60 minute chart you only get 4 candlesticks a month on a weekly chart. So the action is slowed down.

But trading a lot isnt for 401k people most of which dont know a candlestick from a doji. I hope this site will turn some of the viewer on to technical analysis and they will dig deeper into the investing game.

What I am doing here is safe and infact very safe because any great down fall will be missed.

The markets have rallyed for almost 5 years so you know there is a bear market coming most likely in the next couple of years or sooner.

Follows of this site will be on the right side of the market and in Cash or bonds and not feel the full blunt of the pain.

The stratagy I am using here is the 13 34 day moving average crossing signal. I feel that this will be a good trading plan unless we go very sideways for a long period of time.

But it appear that the markets over the long haul are almost always trending and should make a good market to trade the moving averages.

If it goes sideways for several years,I will probably recognized it after a couple of whip saws and will make adjustments.

Any help you offer Jaker will be well listened too, I have the greatest respect for you as a trader as we have become very good friend over the last few months. You are the greatest Technical analysis that I personelly know.

Any help will be appreciated.
