I hope the Treo is a CDMA version.

It is a EV-DO version which, as you know, is QCOM but not CDMA.

I was very unhappy with it at first because it is a damned complex machine to operate and program. I have the Windows version.

I got professional help, however, and now I can get on the web, look at SI, send and receive emails wirelessly via my office network, draft documents on the mobile version of Word, receive and open PDF documents and otherwise do appx. 75% of what I can do on my laptop.

Oh, yes, and make phone calls.

I know I am not yet all of its capabilities, but that will come in time.
