The sentiment on this board is overwhelmingly bearish for the short term and overall bearish for the long term. What it doesn't need is 800 more near identical posts belaboring the fact that Barcelona is many months late and the launch frequencies are low. Nor does it need through-the-looking-glass statements like "There is a prevalent line of thinking on this board that AMD stock is unfairly depressed right now." Geez, you've got Niceguy trashing AMD, at this point. I called AMD for single digits many months ago. You do have a couple of people trying to maintain some balance pointing out that Intel made many billions while it was in a similar position in terms of relative performance, AMD continues to have a far superior platform that Intel hopes to copy in a year or so, and AMD walks all over Intel performance in some areas despite being nearly a full process node behind in their FABs.
